Birmingham

My friends, today I am going to tell you all about my favorite town. I prefer to start with its geographic location and let you know that Birmingham is located in the West Midlands. If you are geography aficionados, then you will surely want to know the towns that surround Birmingham. These are Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. Two of the most impressive hotels in Birmingham are Marriott Hotel (12 Hagley Road, Five Ways) and Norfolk Hotel (267 Hagley Road). When I go to Birmingham on business, I always arrange for one of those fancy executive cars to take me to/from my hotel.

Even if I am on a business travel, I still find the time to discover the major tourist attractions of Birmingham. My thirst for art is perfectly satisfied at the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, as there are some pretty impressive pieces of art there. I also love nature hikes, this being the reason why I often visit Cannon Hill Park. This place is one of the most beautiful green spaces in the entire UK and one of my personal favorites. After an awesome day spent in the great outdoors, I return to my hotel with a taxi cab. I have also noticed that wheelchair access taxi service is also available, which I consider to be more than great.

Leaving Birmingham is not easy, as this town is so incredible. However, I must return to my home and I prefer to travel to Gatwick airport with an airport taxi. The 152 miles distance is covered in 2h, 20’ and I commonly pay around £323 for an estate car. If I come with a large group, then I prefer minibuses, as we can all stay together. For the travel between Birmingham and Birmingham airport, I commonly pay £100. The 14 miles distance is easily covered in just 16’. Sometimes, on the road, we stop at Premier Inn Rugby North (Brownsover Roundabout, Newbold Rugby) or Travelodge Hotel (199 Grafton Gate, Milton Keynes). As I enjoy eating more than anything else, I also stop for fine dining at On-The-Rocks at Quigleys (22 Albert Street, Rugby) or at Browns (Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes).
